B-and-IT was founded in 2014 to help companies, organizations, and governments manage their sourcing policies. During this period, we collaborated with a major global Dutch bank, several large German and Dutch energy companies, the world’s second-largest beer brand, and many others. We have assisted them in establishing supplier governance and addressing various legal questions related to contracts and other legal matters.

Our head office is located in the Netherlands, and from here, we provide our services to the northwest of Europe, including Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and Germany.

Explaining the name:

B-and-IT stands for Business and IT—nothing more, nothing less. We can assist you in both these aspects, primarily in relation to sourcing. However, we also have a solid IT background and can help with other questions related to business and IT alignment.
